TheDirector of Product Management will lead collaboratively across the organization in order to support new and existing Competency Based Education (CBE) programs to meet both the business and customers needs. Using a data driven approach, s/he will play a key leadership role in managing the product pipeline, collaborating with cross-functional players to develop and launch products/initiatives, leading project management team, developing business cases, managing stakeholder relationships/training, leading meetings of key stakeholders, analyzing the pros and cons of business decisions, summarizing the value proposition to key stakeholders and establishing metrics for success.


A minimum of 7-10 years professional experience

Masters degree desired

Higher education background preferred

Advanced knowledge of product and project management principles, practices, methods, and terminology (Stage/phase gate, Lean/Six Sigma, Agile, etc.)

Must have demonstrated research and analytic skills, as well as the ability to take disparate information (research data, brain storming ideas, etc.) and make strategic recommendations quickly.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop and deliver presentations to Senior Management and the entire organization.

Demonstrated ability to communicate issues and recommendations persuasively and effectively to key stakeholders.

Demonstrated stakeholder collaboration experience, with the ability to quickly develop and manage both internal and external relationships and contacts.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver desired business objectives

Advanced understanding of business analysis tools and methods

Advanced skill in managing multiple, competing priorities

Must thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities

Travel 30% of the timeLICENSURE and/or CERTIFICATION
