Children’s Home Manager – Warminster, Wiltshire

“Earn up to £75,000 in your first year, with a £5,000 welcome bonus – while leading a settled 3-bed home that’s already fully occupied and ready for your vision.”

Salary: Up to £60,000
Welcome Bonus: £5,000
Annual Bonus: 21% of salary
First Year OTE: Up to £75,000

What You’ll Do

Lead a small, dedicated team to deliver therapeutic, child-centred care.

Shape the home’s culture – warm, safe, inclusive, and aspirational.

Take ownership of safeguarding, compliance, and care planning.

Mentor and develop your team, supporting them through qualifications.

*

Manage budgets, resources, and continuous improvement.

As the Children’s Home Manager, you’ll be the one setting the tone and direction for both staff and young people.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Children’s Home Manager who brings both professional experience and genuine passion for making a difference. To succeed, you’ll need:

*

3+ years’ senior experience in children’s residential care.

*

Level 3/4 in Children & Young People’s Workforce.

*

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) – or working towards it.

*

Strong knowledge of safeguarding and regulations.

*

Confidence with budgets and people management.

*

Full driving licence, plus flexibility for on-call rota.
