Trainee Recruitment Consultant (SEN Desk)

Location: Loughton, Essex
Salary: £22,000 to £28,000 + Uncapped Commission
Start Date: ASAP

Qualiteach Education Group is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our energetic team, working alongside our Sales Director to grow and develop a thriving SEN recruitment desk.

Your Role:

* Work closely with the Sales Director to support a high-performing SEN desk.

* Identify, engage, and place top-tier candidates in SEN teaching and support roles.

* Build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

* Proactively develop new business opportunities with schools.

* Handle the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to successful placement.

* Hit targets, earn commission, and grow your career in a rewarding industry.
