Recruitment Resourcer – Education Recruitment

📍 Loughton, Essex | 🕘 Full-Time, Office-Based
💰 £22,000 – £28,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission + Benefits

We are an established and growing education recruitment company based in modern offices in Loughton (Essex), and we’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join our vibrant team.

The Role:

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Consultants by finding and engaging exceptional education professionals. You’ll help build our candidate network, maintain a high-quality database, and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Source and screen candidates for roles in schools across London

* Write and post engaging job adverts

* Conduct telephone interviews and candidate registrations

* Manage and update our internal database

* Prepare candidates for interviews and placements

* Work closely with Consultants to ensure an excellent candidate journey

What We're Looking For:

* Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner

* Highly organised and able to multitask effectively

* A positive attitude and willingness to learn

* Previous experience in a resourcing or recruitment role is beneficial but not essential

* A team player who thrives in a sociable, target-driven environment
