Associate Town Planner - Oxford - £Competitive

Position: Associate Town Planner

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior planners, architects, and stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive town planning strategies.
Conduct research and analysis on zoning regulations, land use policies, and environmental impact assessments.
Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications, ensuring compliance with local and national planning policies.
Engage with the community through public consultations, addressing concerns, and incorporating feedback into planning proposals.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to contribute to innovative planning solutions.Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Geography, Architecture, or a related field.
A proven track record in town planning or a related role.
Strong knowledge of local planning regulations and policies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in GIS, AutoCAD, or other planning software is a plus.
