ACR are working with one of the biggest Developers in Hertfordshire who are looking to appoint either an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or a Quantity Surveyor to add to their long standing team.

This is genuinely a great business to join. They have fantastic offices with great amenities such as an onsite gym and cafe where you are given an allowance per month. This business are also known to be leading payers in the industry.

More about the role:

* Preparing and issuing tenders, analysing returns, and negotiating subcontractor packages

* Reviewing drawings to define scopes of work and ensure accurate cost planning

* Managing monthly cost reports, forecasts, and subcontractor accounts

* Attending site meetings, providing commercial input, and supporting project teams

* Monitoring subcontractor performance and resolving commercial issues

* Preparing valuations, payments, and final account settlements while maintaining clear project records
