What You’ll Actually Do:

* Lead influencer and UGC campaigns that bring our mission to life and drive real results

* Plan bold content rollouts and manage creators, ambassadors, and everyday champions of the brand

* Own the content calendar, partnering with the Head of Marketing to shape what we say and when we say it

* Turn insights into ideas – obsess over the numbers and use them to craft smarter, sharper content

* Work across TikTok, Reels, Insta, and email, optimising our presence and making sure we show up the right way

* Craft sharp, human copy, from creator briefs to email hooks and social captions

* Jump into content creation when needed, filming, editing, slicing up UGC into conversion gold

* Help build a true creator community, replying to DMs, hyping our people, and keeping the brand voice strong

* Be the filter and the force behind everything content-related, spotting what’s worth sharing, and shaping it into something brilliant

You’ll Fit Right In If:

* You’ve got 2–4 years in influencer, content, or creator marketing, and you’ve run full campaigns, not just single posts

* You know the creator world inside out. How to brief, manage, and get the best from people

* You’re a natural storyteller with a nose for what hooks an audience

* You’re not just creative, you’re analytical too. You get that good content doesn’t just look good, it performs

* You’re confident writing copy, creating scrappy-but-smart content, and adapting fast

* You understand TikTok Shop, and how brands grow with creators

* You want to work somewhere with purpose – where values beat vanity metrics
