Wireman – Wimborne – c.£33,000 DOE

An established engineering business in the Wimborne area is looking for an experienced Wireman to join their production team, supporting the assembly of high-precision equipment used in industrial and laboratory environments. This role is ideal for someone confident in control panel wiring, precision soldering, and interpreting technical schematics.

As a Wireman, your primary responsibilities will include:

Wiring and assembling complex electrical and mechanical systems

Reading and working from wiring diagrams and engineering drawings

Carrying out precision wiring of control panels, sensors, and instrumentation

Upholding quality and safety standards across all tasks

Participating in process improvements and best practice initiatives

The successful Wireman will:

Proven experience in electrical wiring and panel assembly

Strong soldering, crimping, terminating, and testing skills

Ability to read electrical schematics with a detail-oriented mindset

A methodical approach and pride in delivering high-quality work
