Are you an Electronics Engineer who thrives on turning complex requirements into innovative solutions? Join a team of highly skilled engineers delivering cutting-edge products and systems to the UK Defence Industry. You’ll take ownership of designs from concept through to customer acceptance—and see the real-world impact of your work.
  
This is more than a design role. You’ll collaborate across disciplines, drive integration, and ensure products are robust, reliable, and built for demanding environments.

Lead architectural & detailed electronics design to meet requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams & external suppliers on design solutions
Integrate and fault-find systems to ensure reliability and performance
Work with test houses for MoD & European compliance (CE/UKCA, EMC etc.)
Ensure smooth transfer from design → manufacture → test → delivery
Produce clear documentation: BOMs, schematics, design notes, change records
Provide occasional offsite support for installation & maintenance What you’ll bring

Degree (or equivalent) in Electronics/Engineering
UK Security Clearance (or ability to obtain) – essential
Broad design experience across analogue & digital electronics, including:
Low noise power supplies & distribution
Analogue signal conditioning & data acquisition
FPGA interfacing & digital control
Design for EMC compliance
Experience across the full design lifecycle:
Specs → Circuit design → Validation & verification → Compliance → Acceptance
Hands-on experience with ECAD tools (Cadence OrCAD ideal)
Strong problem-solving skills – down to component level fault finding
Excellent communicator, confident working with stakeholders at all levels What you’ll get
