Join Our Team as a Payroll Manager - 6 Month FTC

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm during training then flexibility to be discussed

Location: Henfield

Salary: Up to 50k DOE

What You'll Do:
As their Payroll Manager, you will be at the forefront of their payroll operations, ensuring smooth and accurate processing of employee salaries. Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing the end-to-end payroll process for our diverse workforce
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies
Preparing and submitting monthly payroll reports
Collaborating with HR to handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
Supporting audits and preparing necessary documentation
Implementing process improvements to enhance efficiencyWhat We're Looking For:

Proven experience in payroll management within a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and legislation
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
