We're currently recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, ambitious company that’s looking to bring in an experienced Management Accountant to support their next phase of expansion.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, confident accountant who enjoys taking ownership of processes and working closely with senior leadership. You'll be joining a close-knit team in a business that genuinely values its people and is growing rapidly.

The Role Includes:

* Full responsibility for payroll, VAT, tax, invoicing, and debtor/creditor controls

* Producing monthly management accounts, forecasts, and trial balance reports

* Supporting key business decisions through financial analysis

* Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations

* Collaborating closely with internal teams and management

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in a similar management accounting role

* Confident user of Xero and experienced in payroll

* Strong analytical and reporting skills

* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a growth mindset

* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Bonus Points For:

* A relevant degree in Accounting or Finance

* ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualifications (or working towards)
