Description

A client of ours in the Billericay area is recruiting a Compliance Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm with a salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Reporting into the Compliance Manager, key duties include but are not limited to:

Maintain and update internal documentation, manuals, and procedures
Assist with internal audits and follow-up on actions where needed
Support updates to policies and procedures in line with company requirements
Keep records up to date to meet internal and external expectations
Analyse data to support process improvements and ensure compliance
Provide admin support for investigations and department-related tasks
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the businessSkills and Experience required to be considered for this Compliance Coordinator position:

Previous experience in a compliance, admin, or quality role is desirable
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Able to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
