Our benefit offerings are reflective of this unique blend of Life, Work and Family .PURPOSE STATEMENTnThe Northwest Arkansas Naturals are seeking a creative and self-motivated individual to join the Front Office as a Ballpark Operations Assistant. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMESnDaily maintenance check lists to prepare facility for events. Perform check lists during game to ensure facility is being operated and maintained to standards set prior to seasonnAssist in fulfilling maintenance requests as they are received from fans, staff, or teamnWorks with external vendors and customers to determine product requirements and availabilitynServes as one of the primary liaisons with customers and vendors in the resolution of existing and/or potential problems; works to resolve such issues as necessarynScheduling, training and directing of game day parking staff. Includes setting up of parking lot prior to all eventsnSet up ballpark surrounding streets for post-game fireworks showsnPrimary liaison for 3rd party ballpark cleaning crew.
