Are you an Estimator from Construction or similar looking for a rare opportunity to join an award winning UK Construction Company, in a newly opened office allowing fast-tracked Progression and Growth opportunities into Management?

This is a unique opportunity to step into a pivotal Estimator role within a newly formed office, backed by one of the construction sector's most respected names. With a small, agile team and huge support from the wider business, you'll have the freedom to make the role your own, with accelerated progression opportunities and full visibility across commercial operations from day one.

Working on bespoke structural and architectural support systems used across large-scale UK and Irish construction projects. You'll collaborate closely with design and delivery teams to price technically tailored solutions and contribute directly to winning and delivering high-value commercial works.

With clear progression into senior roles and team leadership, this is ideal for someone looking to become a pivotal member in a technically innovative company.

Candidate Profile:

Background in estimating, construction, or technical/commercial project support
Strong numeracy and attention to detail
Effective communicator across internal departments and with clients
Motivated to grow with a small but ambitious commercial team
Role Responsibilities:

Create accurate quotations for bespoke construction-based structural systems
Interpret architectural and structural drawings to build pricing models
Work with internal teams to assess feasibility, technical fit, and delivery options
Maintain client records, costings, and tender documentation
Assist in commercial decisions and margin protection
