Trainee Miller

Are you looking for a hands-on career where you can learn a skilled trade and build a long-term future in the food manufacturing industry? My client is seeking a Trainee Miller to join their dedicated team and learn the craft of milling from the ground up.

This is a unique opportunity to be fully trained in the specialised process of transforming raw grains into high-quality flour. You will work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive, team-oriented environment, gaining the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this essential role.

What You'll Learn and Do

As a Trainee Miller, you will receive comprehensive training to become an expert in the milling process. Your responsibilities will include:

* Operating and monitoring advanced milling equipment.

* Ensuring the quality and consistency of our flour products.

* Performing routine maintenance and checks on machinery.

* Adhering to strict food safety and health and safety regulations.

* Recording production data and managing stock levels.
