Electrical Design Engineer
Location: Portland,Dorset with hybrid working patterns.

Our client are a global Engineering and Construction firm seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to support the delivery of complex, high-quality projects.

Responsibilities:

Develop detailed electrical designs and documentation
Ensure compliance with safety, technical, and regulatory standards
Support system integration, installation, and commissioning
Participate in design reviews and contribute to tenders and process improvementsRequirements:

Degree or HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3 years' experience in engineering design
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of wiring regulations, LPS, EMC, and relevant standards
Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skillsRemuneration & Benefits:

Salary discussions will commence from £42,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications
37.5 hours per week
25 days annual leave
