A leading company in the Facilities Management industry is seeking a Mechanical Technician in Edmonton to ensure that all mechanical systems operate efficiently and safely. This role is vital for maintaining high standards in healthcare facilities.

The Role

As the Mechanical Technician, you’ll:

Conduct planned preventative maintenance across various mechanical systems.
Diagnose and resolve faults to ensure optimal performance.
Clear blockages and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Fulfill duties as an Authorised Person (AP) and Competent Person (CP).
Participate in an on-call rotation (1 week per month) to provide emergency support. You

To be successful in the role of Mechanical Technician, you’ll bring:

Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, ideally in a healthcare setting.
Strong fault-finding skills in HVAC, plumbing, and boiler systems.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe working practices.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
