Our client, a leading UK charity supporting children with brain injuries, is seeking a passionate nurse leader to take on the role of Patient Safety, Experience, Risk and Quality Lead. This pivotal position will see you shaping initiatives that ensure the highest standards of safety, care, and patient experience, while driving meaningful quality improvements across services.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £66,901 per annum, with flexible working patterns a mix of social hours and shifts. You’ll join a dedicated and supportive team committed to delivering exceptional care to children with complex health needs.

Our client is the UK’s foremost charity for children with brain injuries, working in close partnership with the NHS and local authorities. They provide rehabilitation, medical care, and education services, ensuring children transition smoothly from hospital to home.

As Patient Safety, Experience, Risk and Quality Lead, you will:
Provide strategic leadership in patient safety, quality, risk, and experience
Develop and implement policies in line with national standards and best practice
Lead quality improvement projects that enhance care and operational efficiency
Investigate and manage risks, ensuring learning drives service development
Champion safety initiatives and use patient feedback to inform change
Deliver training and guidance on safety, risk, and quality improvement
Collaborate with internal and external partners to influence wider safety agendas

What we’re looking for:
A registered nurse with the NMC, ideally with a Master’s degree
Experience in healthcare quality assurance and risk management
Proven ability to lead service improvements and deliver measurable outcomes
Strong analytical and communication skills
A commitment to the charity’s vision and values
