Location: Ascot / Field Based
Salary: Competitive
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Installer to join our team. This field-based role involves the professional installation, servicing, and support of hardware solutions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients.

This is a remote position with frequent travel to client sites across the UK. Regular attendance at our Ascot head office will also be required for training, meetings, and business needs. A clean, valid driving licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out on-site technical support, installations, and repairs

*

Document all service visits, including time, parts used, expenses, and corrective actions

*

Manage and complete assigned service projects across the UK

*

Collaborate with the Customer Enrichment Manager on projects and services

*

Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge, including bulletins and maintenance reports

*

Submit monthly QA reports

*

Conduct PAT testing (if qualified)

*

Keep loan stock equipment ready and functional

*

Provide office-based technical support cover when needed

*

Troubleshoot collaboratively with colleagues

*

Support equipment setup and breakdown for trade shows and events

*

Contribute ideas for service and hardware improvements

*

Handle customer and internal data responsibly, in line with GDPR

*

Operate in accordance with company values, policies, and procedures

*

Perform other reasonable duties in line with the role

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

*

Proven experience in installation and service roles

*

Technical knowledge of monitors and PCs; Windows OS preferred

*

Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics CRM advantageous)

*

Strong attention to detail, numeracy, and documentation skills

*

Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines

*

Highly organised and adaptable with good time management

*

Independent, self-motivated, and proactive

*

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

*

Customer-first mindset with a solution-oriented approach

*

Awareness of GDPR and data protection best practices
