dormakaba are looking for experienced service engineers to join our team in Ireland

A job that matters: Your Tasks

We need experienced door engineers or skilled electro-mechanical service engineers, who are willing to cross-train, to carry out service, repair and installation on dormakaba automatic door and access control products for a variety of customers across Ireland. Ideally based round 60-90 minutes of Dublin, you will be happy to cover both installation and service tasks, some of which may require overnights stays, dependant on the job.

The role can be challenging but you will be given the best support and training and the opportunity to work with products that are seen as best in class by our competitors.

There is an excellent package on offer with unlimited overtime and generous basic salaries for experienced engineers.

An experience that matters: Your Skills

To be considered as a dormakaba service engineer you will need to demonstrate:

Recently worked as an automatic door engineer with at least 2 years field experience. Consideration will be given to access control engineers or electro-mechanical engineers looking to cross train
You are IT literate with the ability to use app based reporting and customer portals.
Have the flexibility to cover on call arrangements as required
You have the relevant qualification for the work that you have carried out in the past (i.e. current ADSA or AIDA EN16005 for auto doors, CSCS card, IPAF licence etc), but we can support experienced engineers to update their certifications
