Asarum is recruiting a Quality Manager for a reputable Optics manufacturing company located in Wales.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of quality assurance and control, ensuring products meet rigorous standards within a dynamic optical manufacturing environment.

You will lead a team to implement quality management systems, review process efficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing, ideally within the optical or high precision manufacturing sector, and will be expected to liaise closely with production teams to maintain high-quality standards across all operations.
