You’ll run your section with confidence, inspire junior chefs, and contribute to menu innovation that keeps standards sky-high and guests coming back for more.

What You’ll Do:

* Create, cook, and present dishes that wow guests every time

* Bring fresh ideas to menu development and quality improvement

* Take charge of your section’s stock, cleanliness, and food safety

* Support smooth, efficient service across multiple outlets

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience in high-end, lifestyle, or high-volume kitchens

* A natural leader with strong teamwork and communication skills

* Organised, driven, and passionate about delivering unforgettable experiences

* Fluent English (extra languages are a bonus)

* Full, clean UK driving licence
