Streamline Recruitment are working with a Global Logistics company to recruit an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator. This is a hands-on role for a confident operator who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Operate counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stack, and organise goods within the warehouse.

*

Accurately handle cross-stocking operations to ensure stock is stored in the correct location and easily accessible.

*

Load and unload vehicles, ensuring all goods are handled with care and stock integrity is maintained.

*

Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment, including checking equipment before and after use.

*

Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.

*

Follow all health and safety procedures, reporting any issues or hazards promptly to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

*

Minimum 5 years’ experience operating forklifts, preferably counterbalance.

*

Essential experience with cross-stocking and warehouse stock management.

*

Confident working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.

*

Good geographical knowledge of the local area.

*

Reliable, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Location: Stanford Le Hope
Salary: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, rotating shifts 07:00-15:00 / 11:00-20:00
