Description

Tired of watching great product ideas die in committee meetings?

Here's what's different: You'll own the entire journey from "interesting concept" to "shipping product." No endless PowerPoints or corporate theatre – you'll be the person who makes things actually happen, working directly with customers, suppliers, and your team to turn ideas into reality.

The reality: You're stepping in as NPI Manager for a growing manufacturing business that's serious about innovation. You'll oversee complete project developments - feasibility reviews, tooling design, assembly development, PPAP documentation, the lot. Think of yourself as the conductor of an orchestra, making sure engineering, commercial, quality, and operations all play the same tune while keeping customers happy.

What you get: £40-50k (depending on what you bring), genuine ownership of projects that matter, direct line to the Director, and the satisfaction of building something that actually works. Plus you'll be developing people, not just products.

You'll love this if you've got solid engineering experience (3+ years minimum), can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball, and actually enjoy the challenge of getting different teams to work together. Bonus points if you speak fluent CMM, think in 3D CAD, or have survived APQP/PPAP projects with your sanity intact.

Location: Mildenhall, Suffolk

They need someone who can step up and take charge from day one.
