Description

Fed up with being stuck in the same old routine while innovation happens around you?

Here's what's different: You'll be the bridge between brilliant ideas and real products that actually make it to market. No endless meetings about meetings – you'll be hands-on, making things happen, working directly with customers who genuinely value what you bring to the table.

The reality: You're joining a growing manufacturing business as their NPI Engineer. You'll take new products from concept through to full production, working with cross-functional teams to solve real engineering challenges. Think feasibility reviews, tooling design, CMM measurement, PPAP documentation, and prototype development. Plus you'll be the go-to person when customers have tricky manufacturing questions.

What you get: £30-40k (based on what you bring), proper engineering challenges that stretch you, direct customer interaction, and the satisfaction of seeing your work actually make it into production. No corporate bureaucracy slowing you down.

You'll love this if you've got 3+ years of solid engineering and fabrication experience, can read technical drawings like they're bedtime stories, and genuinely enjoy the puzzle of making things work better. Bonus points if you've wrestled with CMM machines, know your way around 3D CAD, or have battle scars from APQP/PPAP projects.

Location: Mildenhall, Suffolk

This won't hang around – they need someone who can hit the ground running.
