📍 Location: Fishponds, Bristol
📅 Start Date: September 2025 (or as soon as possible)
🕒 Hours: Full-time & Part-time roles available
💼 Contract Type: Fixed-term & Permanent positions

We're working with a welcoming primary school in Fishponds, Bristol to recruit a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant who can make a meaningful impact in inclusive and nurturing learning environments.

🌱 Your Role Will Include:

Providing tailored support to a specific pupil with additional learning needs
Collaborating with class teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning plans
Building a positive and encouraging relationship to help the pupil engage and progress
Supporting emotional regulation and social development
Assisting with classroom activities and transitions to promote inclusion

💡 What We're Looking For:

A caring, empathetic, and patient approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience supporting children with SEND or additional needs - highly desirable
Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification - an advantage, but not essential🎁 What You'll Get:
