FLT Counterbalance & Reach Driver

Nelson, Lancashire - commutable from Burnley, Colne, Accrington, Blackburn, Darwen, Preston, Clitheroe, Skipton and surrounding areas
£14.36 per hour + benefits
12-hour shifts, rotating days and nights (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)

Our client is seeking a skilled FLT Counterbalance & Reach Driver to support their busy warehouse and production operation in Nelson. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established FMCG business offering stable long-term work and competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently operate Counterbalance and Reach FLT trucks across the site.
Supply raw materials to production lines and remove finished goods.
Load and unload vehicles following site safety standards.
Record stock movements accurately using handheld scanners or basic IT systems.
Keep work areas safe, clean and well organised.
Support warehouse and production teams with additional duties when required.About You

Must hold a valid, external Counterbalance and Reach licence.
Proven FLT driving experience in a warehouse, logistics or FMCG environment.
Safety-conscious with excellent attention to detail.
Flexible and reliable, able to work rotating day and night shifts.
Strong team player with good communication skills.What's on Offer
