CNC Press Brake Operator

Annual Salary: £26,000 per annum
Location: Whitstable, Kent
Job Type: Full-time, permanentJoin a leading sheet metal fabrication and engineering company located on the North Kent coast. They specialise in fine limit, high-end products using modern precision machinery. We are seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator with a strong mechanical aptitude to operate and maintain their press brakes with precision and accuracy.

Day-to-day of the CNC Press Brake Operator role:

Set up and operate press brakes.
Read and interpret drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.
Perform quality control checks on parts to maintain high standards of production.
Maintain accurate records of production and material usage.
Perform preventative maintenance on press brakes to ensure optimal operation.
Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications of the CNC Press Brake Operator:

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Press Brake Operator.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate press brakes with precision.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Proven track record of maintaining high standards in quality control.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
GCSE or equivalent education is preferred.
