This position will assist the Business Office at the OSU-Cascades campus located in Bend, Oregon, with a wide range of tasks including invoice entry, scanning, fleet vehicle tracking, etc.



Position Duties



The person in this position will assist with invoice entry into Banner and BennyBuy, scanning into Nolij, assist with purchasing card reconciliations - gathering and organizing receipts, generating activity logs, coding and scanning receipts, filing, fleet vehicle tracking (uploading written logs to digital logs), coding invoices, preparing payment requests, and other Business Office tasks as needed. Work will be directed by Business Office staff.

Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to interface with fellow staff in a pleasant manner.

Ability to work independently as well as being a strong team player, with minimum supervision.

Attention to detail.

Ability to be on time and dependable.



This position is designated as a critical or security-sensitive position; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a Criminal History Check and be determined to be position qualified as per OSU Standard ************ et seq. Incumbents are required to self-report convictions and those in Youth Programs may have itional Criminal History Checks every 2 years.
