Service Manager – Heavy Plant / Crushing & Screening / Forestry Equipment

Newark – Field & Workshop Based

£40,000 - £45,0000 + Benefits

Are you an experienced Service Supervisor with a background in heavy plant, crushers, screeners, or material processing equipment?

We’re working exclusively with a well-established business that supplies and supports industry-leading equipment across the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on supervisor to take the next step in their career, leading a team of skilled engineers while remaining close to the tools.

The Role

Lead and support a team of field and workshop service engineers.
Oversee servicing, maintenance, and repair of crushing, screening, and material handling equipment.
Coordinate daily workloads, ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency.
Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing technical support and aftersales service.
Work closely with senior management to ensure customer satisfaction and operational success.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Service Supervisor, Workshop Supervisor, or Senior Engineer.
Strong background with heavy plant, quarrying, crushing & screening, or construction machinery.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to balance hands-on technical work with team supervision.
Full UK driving licence.
