Job Title: KS2 Teaching Assistant - Darwen

Salary:

£90 - £95 Per day

Job Duties:

Supporting the teacher in delivering educational activities to Key Stage 2 students
Assisting with classroom management and ensuring a safe learning environment
Providing one-on-one support to students as needed
Helping to prepare materials and resources for lessons
Monitoring student progress and reporting back to the teacher

Required Qualifications:

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Relevant teaching assistant qualification

Education:

Minimum of GCSE level education

Experience:

Prior experience working with children in an educational setting

Knowledge and Skills:

Understanding of Key Stage 2 curriculum
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Patience and empathy when working with students

Preferred Qualifications:

First Aid certification
Additional relevant training or certifications

Working Conditions:

Temporary position with Full-Time hours
Work within a school setting

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
