Trainee Tradesperson

Swansea | Competitive Salary | 8am - 4:30pm | Monday-Friday | Permanent

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Trainee Tradesperson on behalf of their client in Port Talbot. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn a specialist trade in construction, gain hands-on experience, and progress your career while earning a salary.

Key Duties

Enrol onto an internal training programme from day one as a Trainee Tradesperson.
Work alongside an established tradesperson to develop your skills in a hands-on environment.
Help to prepare and make safe workspaces.
Gain a variety of experience as every site will offer you the chance to develop different skills.
Full-time role working Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm.

Requirements

Full UK driving licence required.
No previous experience necessary.
Interest in learning and progressing in a construction trade.
Willingness to learn and develop.
Conscientious with a good eye for detail and colour.
