Job Title: Temporary Logistics Administrator

Location: East Leeds, LS15 with parking - Hybrid Working

Start Date: ASAP

Assignment Length: 6 months

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (Hybrid Working)

Hourly rate: £12.82 - £13.84 + Office Angels Benefits + Holiday Pay 💸

Coordinating logistics operations, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between various stakeholders
Handling invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents with accuracy and attention to detail
Updating and maintaining information on CRM systems
Assisting with daily administrative tasks related to logistics operations.
Collaborating with the team to improve processes and efficiency.Essential Skills:

Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar administrative role
Proficient in handling invoices, raising purchase orders, and filing shipping documents.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
