About the Client
Our client is a well-established business committed to customer excellence, offering innovative solutions and dedicated support. They are seeking a motivated Internal Account Manager to enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.

Roles/Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Manage day-to-day pricing, quotes, and follow-ups to maximize business opportunities.
Negotiate effectively to secure business while maintaining acceptable GP margins.
Liaise with project managers, site teams, and procurement to align timelines and resources.
Monitor project progress and proactively address delays or issues.
Collaborate with sales, finance, operations, and procurement teams to ensure smooth communication.
Provide product advice with support from the technical team.
Coordinate specialist services such as bespoke sourcing and Saturday deliveries.
Maintain accurate customer records and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Previous experience in account management, sales support, or a client-facing role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Benefits
