Start Date: 5th January 2026
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Colne, Lancashire

We are looking for a committed and compassionate Behaviour Support Officer to join our dedicated team in a busy secondary school in Colne. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on students’ lives by supporting their behaviour, wellbeing, and personal development. Starting from the 5th of January, you will play a vital role in helping create a calm and supportive learning environment where every student can thrive.

In this role, you will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and students to provide targeted behaviour support and intervention. You will help manage challenging behaviour, encourage positive attitudes, and assist students in developing the skills they need to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.
