Start Date: Immediate

Salary: £13.69 – £14.50 an hour

TeacherActive are recruiting for a vibrant and nurturing nursery located in Heanor, Derbyshire. The Nursery are dedicate to ensuring they provide exceptional care for children aged between 0 and 5 years. If you want to be part of a warm, welcoming team then this is the role for you!

As a Qualified Nursery Assistant you will assist with the effective daily supervision of the children within the room. You will ensure it is a safe and fun environment for them to be in. You will be level 3 qualified and have experience working in early years settings. You will have a desire and passion to support children's progress and development. The Nursery Schools hours is 08.15 – 15.45.

The successful Nursery Assistant will have:

Level 3 Childcare
Previous experience working with children in EYFS
Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection
Work well as a member of a team
