Description

Associate/Senior Surveyor (PQS): I have been instructed by an established and well respected multi-sector surveying practice with offices throughout the UK to identify an ambitious associate/senior surveyor to join their North West Office based outside of Manchester City Centre.

Partners in the business take a hands on approach to surveying which has helped to maintain high levels of repeat business and a very stable team, however they now feel it is the right time to grow their team and look to the future.

The role: Working across diverse sectors from education & local authority through to heritage and high rise residential no one is pigeon holed within the business which again enhances the offering.

The individual: You could be an experienced Senior looking for your next promotion to Associate or Associate aspiring to Directorship and ideally will be MRICS accredited, this is advantageous but not essential however previous experience working in a consultancy environment is the minimum requirement for this position.

Ambition is the key to a successful appointment.

I have spoken at length with one of the partners so to get a real feel for the opportunity and for more information please call me.

Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age
