What We Offer

Competitive Base Salary - €34,000 (no degree), €35,000 (Bachelor's degree), €37,000 (Bachelor's + B2-level German)
Uncapped Commission Structure - Year 1 OTE: €45,000-€55,000, Year 2 OTE: €70,000-€80,000, Year 3 OTE: €90,000-€100,000
Structured Training Programme - 10-week in-house training combining classroom learning and one-on-one coaching

Your Role as a Recruiter

Business Development: Proactively identify new business opportunities, pitch recruitment solutions, and win new clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Candidate Acquisition: Source, engage, and qualify top-tier candidates using a variety of tools and techniques.
Sales Strategy Execution: Meet and exceed sales targets through consultative selling and market intelligence.
Market Expansion: Drive growth in your niche market by understanding client needs and delivering tailored recruitment strategies.

What We're Looking For

Fluent English speaker (essential, our Cologne office operates in English)
German language skills are a plus, but not essential
Must possess the right to work in Germany (g2 Recruitment are not able to provide VISA sponsorship for non-EU citizens)
Based in Cologne or planning to relocate (within 40 minutes of Neumarkt)
Strong communicator with a proactive, sales-oriented mindset
Driven by goals, personal growth, and success
Resilient, ambitious, and eager to learn
