We're excited to be building a new in-house affiliate team to unlock additional revenue streams for our creators-and we're looking for a key individual to lead this innovative division!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to maximize revenue opportunities for creators
Build and manage relationships with affiliate networks, platforms, and partners
Collaborate closely with creators to identify suitable affiliate programs and campaigns
Coordinate and oversee affiliate campaign launches, tracking, and performance analysis
Provide guidance to creators on best practices for affiliate marketing and monetization
Monitor campaign performance metrics, optimize ongoing initiatives, and report results to stakeholders
Identify new affiliate opportunities and innovative partnership ideas to expand revenue streams
Work cross-functionally with talent management, brand partnerships, and marketing teams
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform changes, and emerging affiliate marketing opportunities
Foster a supportive, creator-first environment focused on ethical practices and growth
