Job Title: Primary Early Careers Teacher (ECT)
Location: Tameside, Oldham and surrounding areas
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Are you a Primary Early Careers Teacher (ECT) looking to begin your teaching career in a supportive and rewarding environment? Empowering Learning is recruiting passionate and motivated ECTs for roles across Tameside, Oldham, and nearby areas. We have opportunities for daily supply, short-term assignments, long-term placements, and permanent positions, giving you the flexibility to choose what suits you best.

The Role

We work with a wide range of Primary schools across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, offering you the chance to:

Build your classroom experience and confidence as you establish yourself as a teacher.

Secure a long-term or permanent post in a school that matches your ethos and teaching style.

Enjoy flexibility through daily or short-term supply if you prefer variety and balance.

About You

We are looking for Primary ECTs who are:

Newly qualified or within their first two years of teaching.

Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to making a positive impact in the classroom.

Able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.

Flexible to work across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 settings.
