£23000 - £24000p/a
Full Time | Permanent | 35 hours per week

On behalf of our client, Pertemps are offering a permanent Senior Warehouse Operative role where you’ll combine hands-on duties with the chance to lead and support a small team. What You’ll Be Doing

Leading by example while supporting and supervising a team of four.
Booking in and dispatching goods accurately and on time.
Making sure packages are packed, shipped, and labelled to the highest standards.
Handling courier paperwork and ensuring compliance with legislation (IATA/ADR).
Carrying out final quality checks and keeping standards high.
Monitoring warehouse and freezer temperatures.
Responding to supplier queries quickly and effectively.
Keeping the warehouse safe, tidy and hazard-free.
Getting involved in admin tasks like filing, scanning, and updating records.
What We’re Looking For

Has a valid UK driving licence.
Has warehouse experience, ideally in a senior or supervisory role.
Is a strong communicator who can support and motivate a team.
Is organised, detail-focused and reliable.
Has a positive, “can-do” attitude.
Is comfortable with lifting items up to 25kg.
Bonus: ADR or IATA qualification (not essential).
