Block Booking – Team Leader (Nights) – Brecon

Location: Brecon
Setting: 35-Bedded Care Home
Shifts: Night shifts (21:30 – 07:30)
Contract: Block booking from now until January
Shifts Available: 3–5 per week

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to support a 35-bedded care home in Brecon on a block booking for night shifts. This is a fantastic opportunity for stability, consistent hours, and the chance to make a difference in a well-supported environment.

Key Responsibilities

*

Lead a small team of carers on night shifts.

*

Safely administer and manage medications.

*

Ensure residents receive person-centred care throughout the night.

*

Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the care team.

*

Maintain accurate records and handovers.

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Senior Carer / Team Leader in a care home setting.

*

Medication competence is essential.

*

Strong leadership and communication skills.

*

Ability to work night shifts reliably.
