360 Excavator Operator – Fakenham

Location: Fakenham, Norfolk
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 8 Weeks (with potential for extension)
Pay Rate: £21.50 per hour (CIS / Umbrella) | PAYE options available
Requirements: Valid CPCS or NPORS card with Lifting Ops

We are currently recruiting for an experienced 360 Excavator Operator to join a reputable groundworks contractor on a busy project in Fakenham.

Duties will include:

*

Operating 360 excavators above and below 10T

*

Assisting with lifting operations and safe slinging/signalling where required

*

Supporting the site team with groundworks, drainage, and muck-shifting

*

Daily machine checks and reporting defects

*

Working safely in line with site policies and health & safety regulations

What we offer:

✅ £21.50 per hour – paid CIS, Umbrella, or PAYE
✅ Guaranteed 8 weeks of work with possible extension

What you’ll need:

*

CPCS or NPORS card with Lifting Ops endorsement

*

Proven experience operating 360 excavators on active construction sites

*

Full PPE and ability to work as part of a team
