Job Title: SEN Tutor
Location: Slough, Windsor, Maidenhead, Chalfonts & surrounding areas
Pay: £20–£30 per hour

We are looking for dedicated and experienced SEN Tutors to join our growing team, supporting learners across Slough, Windsor, Maidenhead, the Chalfonts and nearby areas. Our students present with a wide range of special educational needs, including autism (ASD), ADHD, dyslexia and other learning differences.

Role Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 or small group tuition tailored to students’ individual needs.

Assess learning requirements and plan structured, personalised schemes of work.

Create engaging lessons that support academic progress, confidence and independence.

Record and track progress, providing clear feedback to families and professionals.

Adapt teaching strategies to meet a variety of learning styles and needs.

Person Specification

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a minimum of 3 years’ tutoring experience.

Experience supporting learners with SEN, including ASD, ADHD and dyslexia.

Strong planning, organisational and communication skills.

Patient, empathetic and able to build positive relationships with students.

Flexible, reliable and professional.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
