Job Title: FLT Counterbalance Driver (06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00)
Location: Wellesbourne, CV35
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Job type: Temp/Ongoing

About the role
We're hiring experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers for a busy distribution site in Wellesbourne. You'll handle loading/unloading, pallet moves, replenishment and general warehouse support while maintaining high safety standards.

Responsibilities

Load and unload vehicles using Counterbalance
Pallet moves, replenishment and put-away
Goods-in/goods-out support and quality checks
Housekeeping and adherence to site H&S procedures Requirements

Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB/ITSSAR or equivalent)
Recent Counterbalance experience in a warehouse/logistics environment
Good attendance, reliability and safety focus Pay and benefits

£13.00 per hour, weekly pay
Ongoing work with regular weekday shifts Schedule

06:00 - 14:00, Monday to Friday
