Location: Ebbw Vale

Salary: £38,000 – £43,000

A well-established, world-leading manufacturer in Ebbw Vale is seeking Technical Engineers to join their growing team. With a recent multi-million-pound investment, this is a great opportunity to work on exciting new product development, value engineering, and continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Drive new product development and supplier engagement.

*

Lead value engineering initiatives to reduce costs and improve quality.

*

Manage cross-functional project teams to meet deadlines and goals.

*

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

*

Support operations with new product and process introductions.

What You’ll Bring:

*

A recognised engineering or technical qualification.

*

Proven project leadership and ownership from concept to completion.

*

Experience in value engineering and continuous improvement.

*

CAD software proficiency and strong analytical skills.

*

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: £38,000 – £43,000

*

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday (08:00 – 16:30), Friday (08:00 – 12:30)

*

Holiday: 24 days + bank holidays + additional time-served leave.

*
