Role DescriptionThe OSM Package Manager will oversee the complete lifecycle of off-site fabricated systems and modular units, including design coordination, manufacturing oversight, quality control, logistics, and installation interface. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, procurement, and on- site teams to ensure off-site works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

Main Duties and Responsibilities 
·      Manage all off-site manufacturing (OSM) packages related to water treatment systems, including           mechanical, electrical, and integrated skids or modules.
·      Act as the primary point of contact between Whitewater, fabrication vendors, and third-party QA/QC inspectors.
·      Ensure off-site deliverables align with the main construction program and commissioning milestones.
·      Review and approve fabrication drawings, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
·      Conduct factory acceptance testing (FAT) and oversee pre-delivery inspections.
·      Coordinate logistics, transport permits, and customs (if applicable) for delivery to site in Helsinki.
·      Track progress of fabrication vs. plan using reporting tools and site coordination software.
·      Ensure alignment of OSM works with on-site interface requirements, including mechanical and electrical connections.
·      Enforce quality, health, and safety standards throughout the OSM workflow.
·      Resolve technical queries, manage change control, and drive continuous improvement across suppliers.

Required Qualifications and Experience·      
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
5+ years of experience managing off-site fabrication or modular build packages in complex infrastructure projects.
Experience with data centres, water treatment plants, or process industry facilities.
Proven ability to manage third-party vendors, review technical documentation, and coordinate across disciplines.
Strong knowledge of fabrication methods, ISO/EN standards, and QA/QC practices.
Fluent English (spoken and written) – essential for supplier coordination and technical reporting.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
