Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative – Temp to Perm
Location: Cullompton
Pay: £15.47 per hour
Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 18:00 – 03:30
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent

Job Overview:
Interaction Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our national client’s busy site in Cullompton.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (refresher training provided)
Use pallet trucks to move goods around the warehouse - experience is essential.
Load and unload deliveries
Assist with general warehouse duties including picking and packing
✅ Requirements:

Previous experience operating a forklift (licence not required – refresher will be provided)
Pallet truck experience
Comfortable with manual handling and working night shifts
Team player with a good work ethic
