Key Responsibilities

Interpret technical and fabrication drawings to produce components with high accuracy

Perform tasks such as cutting, bending, welding, forming, assembling, finishing etc. using tools and machinery (MIG, TIG, grinders, press brakes, cold saws etc.)

Maintain clean, safe, and organised workshop/working area

Monitor and ensure quality standards are met for all deliverables

Work collaboratively with the design, joinery, CAD and project teams to deliver finished products to spec and on schedule

Help with maintenance of equipment/tools and order supplies when needed

What We're Looking For

Proven fabrication experience (metal fabrication, sheet metal work etc.)

Proficiency in welding methods (especially MIG/TIG) and familiarity with fabrication machinery/tools

Ability to read / follow engineering/fabrication drawings and maintain tight tolerances

Strong attention to detail and pride in producing work to a high standard

Capable of working both independently and as part of a team

A positive attitude, reliability, good communication and practical problem-solving skills
