Job Title: Conveyancing Solicitor
Location: Warrington (WA4 6PS)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Up to £50,000 per yr
Hrs: Full Time 37.5 hrs (Mon-Fri)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, ambitious Conveyancing Solicitor to join a leading, well- established company, who provide professional legal services nationwide.
This role would suit an ambitious Solicitor who is looking to take the next step in their career.

As the Conveyancing Solicitor, your duties will be:
* Responsible for managing own caseload to include new builds, freehold, leasehold, sale & purchases transactions from start through to completion.
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, commercial agents, mortgage lender and solicitors.
* Dealing with purchase, transfers, re-mortgage and sale transactions.
* Generate own referral in order to create your own client base and generate further work for other departments/teams.
The ideal Conveyancing Solicitor will hold the following skills and experiences:
* Must be a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years working experience in residential conveyancing work.
* Must be competent running cases from beginning to completion with minimal supervisor.
* Must be aware and adhere to all Data Handling regulations.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Must be highly organised.
* Excellent IT skills including all MS Office packages.
